Welcome to Sacred Heart Loretto! 

Sacred Heart Parish is a small rural Catholic Parish  on the southern border of Middle Tennessee, 90 miles south of Nashville.For 2011-2012 there is an enrollment of 79. 

The parish was founded in 1872 by the Precious Blood Fathers who brought homesteaders to this area.Of the five Catholic communities established by the settlers, three remain.  Sacred Heart Parish in Loretto and Sacred Heart Parish in Lawrenceburghave Catholic schools; St. Joseph Parish in St. Joseph, TN does not. The children of St. Joseph attend Sacred Heart School in Loretto.
